A DAY IN THE LIFE

Blattner’s Accounting & Finance Undergrad Internship Program is project-based. During this program, the Intern will work on meaningful projects that have real business impact, will gain professional and technical skills, grow their professional network, will receive mentorship, and experience Blattner’s culture.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Partner with manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose project solutions that align with project objectives.
  • Assists with preparing and analyzing operational or risk reports for management analysis.
  • Assists with financial modeling and audits.
  • Collaborates to develop data-driven recommendations to create improvements in company processes.
  • Identifies opportunities for streamlining work and reducing waste in order to improve efficiency.
  • Performs other duties per supervisor’s discretion.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Available to commit to a 10-week full-time summer internship at the corporate office located in Avon, MN.

$18.00 - $22.50 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
