We are seeking a motivated undergraduate intern to join our Accounting team for Summer
2026! This multi-faceted role, while rooted in the fundamentals of corporate accounting,
will provide a broad exposure across Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement,
Corporate Development or Finance Transformation functions providing a holistic view of
how a software company operates financially and strategically. You’ll work closely with
other finance functions and develop both critical thinking, problem solving and
management skills in a real-world setting. This is a hybrid position, meaning 2-3 days per
week in our Lexington MA offices.
What To Expect
Drive Process Excellence:
Take ownership of a project aimed at solving a real business challenge and help
drive a permanent solution to the problem
Collaborate with the accounting team to analyze workflows and recommend
efficiencies
Leverage AI and other technology to contribute to process improvement initiatives
within the accounting function
Work alongside other teams on cross-functional projects
Apply critical thinking:
Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies
Recommend improvements to finance and business processes
Communicate findings:
Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and presentations for senior
management.
Present summaries and recommendations to accounting leadership
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
Undergraduate student (rising senior preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience is a
plus.
Base coursework in accounting fundamentals (e.g., intro to financial or managerial
accounting)
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (major / concentration in
Accounting)
Interest in technology or cybersecurity
