Who you are:
If you're a recent or prospective 2025 graduate within Finance, Business management, or a related discipline, and enjoy tackling complex challenges, working on practical solutions, and continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge, we want to hear from you.
To qualify, you should have earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 9 months or be on track to earn one before the start date.
Who we are:
Our Finance team in Belgrade is a globally focused group covering a wide range of Finance and Accounting functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Internal Audit and Controllership & Accounting. We offer a rotational program with up to 4 assignments over a 3-year period, where each rotation is 9 months long. At the end of the program, you’ll be well positioned for a permanent finance role within one of our groups. Along with permanent employment Graduates will get an opportunity to pursue CFA Professional Qualification offered as part of this program.
