Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.
We’re looking for:
Finance Governance & Staff Coordination Expert in Bydgoszcz
Your future role:
- Supporting finance governance processes and related administrative and coordination workflows,
- Preparing high‑quality decision‑making materials, including point papers, decision briefs, executive summaries and information requests,
- Coordinating tasks and deadlines end‑to‑end, including tasking, routing, tracking, suspense management and status reporting,
- Consolidating inputs from multiple organizational elements into coherent, accurate and leadership‑ready staff products,
- Maintaining staff action trackers, coordination dashboards and task management tools,
- Working closely with senior staff in a multinational and public‑sector environment.
Apply if you have:
- Availability to work on-site in Bydgoszcz,
- A degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Political Science or a related discipline,
- At least 5 years of proven experience in functional administration, governance or finance support, or staff coordination roles, in an international and/or public‑sector environment,
- Experience in drafting staff products such as point papers, decision briefs, RFIs or coordination documents for mid‑ to senior‑level managers or executives,
- Proven ability to consolidate inputs from multiple organisational elements into a single, coherent staff product,
- Experience in task coordination, workflow management, deadline tracking and reporting in complex organisational environments, including work in close proximity to senior decision‑makers,
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and to use modern technologies and AI‑based tools effectively.
