The Director of Finance will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes for the fast-growing US TMTT business. As a member of both the US TMTT leadership team and the global finance leadership team, this leader will influence strategy and business decisions by providing forward-looking financial insights and building strong, collaborative partnerships across the enterprise.

How you’ll make an impact:

Strategic Planning & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead financial partnership for the U.S. Commercial Leadership Team, influencing strategy, annual planning, budget cycles, and long-range forecasting.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations on quota planning, business drivers, rebate management, commercial KPIs, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
  • Support all department of US commercial team (Sales Leaders, Marketing, Sales Operations, Physician Training, Clinical Specialist Training, Patient Screening) for financial planning. Provide recommendations that challenge assumptions and optimize revenue growth potential.
  • Deliver insights from complex financial data sets, including month-end matrix reports, quarter-end YOY sequence reporting, headcount trends, and detailed variance analyses.
  • Support preparation for U.S. Commercial earnings call materials, coordinating regional input and addressing leadership inquiries and special requests.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead and ensure timely, accurate delivery of annual operating plans, strategic planning inputs, monthly forecasts, month-end close, P&L variance analysis, expense management, and global consolidation
  • Foster a culture of financial discipline
  • Develop and refine BU-specific reports in the area of commission support, customer rebate, competitive intelligence, market modelling, sales performance dashboards…
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive mitigation or optimization strategies.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, Sunshine Act, SEC/IRS guidance, and internal audit requirements.
  • Prepare supporting documentation and complex explanations for internal/external auditors.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Special Projects

  • Lead financial workstreams involving trend analysis, margin/mix analysis, pricing insights, Sales Ops optimization, and clinical contract assessment.
  • Drive alignment across Sales Ops, Marketing, Clinical, and regional teams to elevate commercial execution and financial outcomes.
  • Mentor team members, sharing specialized financial knowledge and elevating analytical capabilities across the organization.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in in related field with previous related work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • MBA or advanced certification (CPA or CFA).
  • Cross-functional experience outside of finance (e.g., Project Management, Sales Operations).
  • Spanish language skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading impactful financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong financial modeling and FP&A capabilities; ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to clearly articulate operating results.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior finance talent.
  • Ability to develop clear, insight-driven presentations focused on substance and actionable recommendations.
  • Proven success partnering across functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Forward-looking executive who can interpret real-time trends and guide decision-making across the business.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $141,000 to $200,000 (highly experienced).
