About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Controller to lead our financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support the company’s long-term financial health. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, solid business acumen, and proven leadership experience within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and strengthen robust internal control systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory filings, audits, tax regulations, and financial policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and internal controls.

Preferred Experience
