Finance Contractor( 6 Months FTC)

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Finance team, you will support the processing, reconciliation, and coordination of financial transactions across multiple partners and regions.

🔹 Process Financial Documentation

• Accurately process debit notes and supplier/customer invoices according to Abbott’s financial procedures.
• Verify and reconcile all supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.

🔹 Distributor & Partner Liaison

• Follow up with distributors to secure correct, complete documentation (invoices, PODs, credit notes, etc.).
• Resolve discrepancies quickly to avoid processing delays.

🔹 Payments & Reconciliations

• Coordinate with payment partners (APO, CFS, banks, processors) to ensure timely account settlements.
• Monitor and reconcile payments against internal accounting records.
• Proactively address and resolve any delays or payment issues.

🔹 Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate logs of financial interactions and correspondence.
• Support compliance with Abbott’s internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

🎓 What You’ll Bring

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• experience with Debit Notes is advantageous
• Experience in distributor‑based environments or supply chain finance
• Exposure to international payments or multi‑currency transactions is advantageous.
• Ideally not more than 1 Year experience as this is an entry level role.
