The Raytheon Business Process team is seeking a Finance Business Solutions Senior Manager to support Finance digital enablement, process transformation, and data strategy for the enterprise Finance organization. The role includes execution of Finance capabilities across the program lifecycle and coordination with stakeholders across Raytheon and RTX.

What You Will Do

The role includes leading process improvement initiatives, data management activities, and digital solution implementation using CORE methodologies. Responsibilities include execution of Finance roadmap activities, definition of system and automation requirements, support of data and analytics activities, and coordination of training activities for Finance personnel on digital tools.

  • Lead a team of 14 Finance professionals supporting process improvements, digital solutions, and business intelligence deliverables for Finance stakeholders
  • Develop and lead the Finance roadmap strategy activities including harmonization, integration, and automation of Finance processes across the program lifecycle
  • Lead projects including scope definition, planning, change management, and system/tool requirement documentation aligned to CORE principles
  • Partner with Program Excellence RLPM to support workstream projects and delivery of Finance ASoT metrics through dashboards, Next Gen Workspace, and Program Cockpit
  • Lead the dashboarding Community of Practice and training of PowerBI, SQL, and Excel
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to define the data strategy required to support future capabilities including AI and Machine Learning adoption
  • Define and lead the boundary systems and reporting requirements to SAP S/4HANA and related systems
  • Partner with Digital Technologies and Enterprise Services to develop dashboards, analytics, automations, and web applications
  • Communicate initiatives and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of finance or related business experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Leading cross-functional or matrixed teams, including planning, task assignment, and delivery tracking
  • Implementation of automation and digital tools to support process execution and reduce manual activities

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Leading stakeholder engagement to support adoption of tools, processes, and workflows across functions
  • Analysis of business and technical requirements and development of solution approaches
  • Execution of AI/ML enablement activities or development of data strategy deliverables
  • Management of projects using Agile or SAFe methodologies, including planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including written and verbal communication of project status and deliverables
  • Use of enterprise tools and systems including SAP (APEX/PRISM), BW reporting, Snowflake/SQL, PowerBI or Tableau, and Alteryx or Matillion
  • CORE certification at Champion level or higher

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
