We’re seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support our A/NZ business. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis, support decision-making, and drive performance across the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support
- Deliver month-end reporting, analysis, and commentary
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement, cost optimisation, and value creation
- Support business cases, projects, and process improvements
About you:
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- CA/CPA/CFA qualified (or working towards)
- 3+ years’ experience in a finance, management accounting, or business partnering role
- Strong Excel skills and commercial acumen
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
