Position Summary


You will be a trusted finance partner for our Portugal business. You will provide clear financial insight that supports commercial and operational decisions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews while influencing senior stakeholders. We value curiosity, clarity and the ability to turn complex data into simple actions. Responsibilities


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Act as the lead finance business partner for Portugal, providing timely P&L insight and commercial advice.
  • Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting and variance analysis to drive business performance.
  • Evaluate investment cases, managing pricing and commercial strategies with clear financial recommendations.
  • Create concise management reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leaders.
  • Improve financial controls, ensure data quality and reporting processes.
  • Coach colleagues and non-finance partners to strengthen finance partnering capability.


Why You?

Basic Qualification


We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field and/or a professional finance qualification (for example ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or finance controlling.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting business decision making.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and common reporting tools
  • Good communication skills, English is a requirement
  • Advance level of Portuguese is mandatory
  • Right to work in Portugal.


Preferred Qualifications


If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or further professional training in finance or analytics.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Track record of driving process improvements or automation.
  • Experience working in cross functional teams or global organisations.
