We are seeking a Finance Business Partner for a newly created role within our National Support Centre. This is a unique opportunity to influence financial strategy across our thriving business during an exciting growth phase.
What You’ll Do
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our business, turning financial insights into action. You’ll use your commercial acumen and Power BI skills to uncover trends, guide strategic decisions, and drive projects that deliver real impact.
Partner with leadership teams to provide financial insight and strategic guidance.
Analyse and interpret complex financial data to support business decisions.
Drive initiatives that improve financial performance across multiple sites.
Contribute to shaping the financial strategy of a large, expanding organisation.
What You’ll Bring:
A degree in Accounting, Business Commerce or similar, with CPA/CA qualifications.
Proven experience partnering with operational and commercial leaders in a large multi-site environment.
Power BI skills (essential).
Ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
A growth mindset, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering outcomes that support high-performing teams.
