We are looking for passionate individuals with shown experience who thrive in dynamic environments and bring a “make-it-happen” attitude. Joining us means giving to a project that will not only transform AstraZeneca’s global supply chain but also advance life-changing medicines for patients everywhere.
If you’re ready to shape the future of medicines and be part of a once-in-a-generation project, we want you on our team.
Are you ready to shape investment decisions that speed life-changing medicines to patients by elevating the performance of our manufacturing and supply operations? As Finance Business Partner at AstraZeneca, you will be the finance lead at the heart of our site’s capital governance, government incentives, and SAP S/4HANA transformation—turning data into action and action into measurable outcomes.
You will connect meticulous financial stewardship with operational excellence, ensuring our resources are deployed where they deliver the highest return. Your decisions will influence productivity, cost-to-serve, and capacity across a growing, diverse portfolio. What could you achieve by building integrated planning, costing, and reporting backbone that leaders trust to lead the business at pace?
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and the international finance division, you will drive end-to-end ownership: from planning and product costing through critical metric performance and digitalization. You will lead through insight, robust modeling, and clear accountability—unlocking chances to improve efficiency and reinvest in science.

- Conduct monthly reviews with cost centre owners, develop robust financial models, run scenario analyses, and challenge assumptions to drive data-driven decision-making. Provide financial clarity and insights to Operations in order to find opportunities to optimize product and indirect costs and supervise benefits realisation for efficiency.
- Performance Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and analyze site KPIs (cost per unit/batch, backlog, utilisation, productivity). Prepare dashboards, insights, and executive reporting to influence operational performance.
- Process Improvement and Digitalization:
- Improve financial and business workflows by simplifying, standardizing, automating, and integrating digital tools. Identify and implement digital and AI-driven opportunities to improve reporting and decision intelligence.
