As a Finance Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, delivering actionable financial insights that enable informed decision-making. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence, optimize financial performance, and ensure transparency and accountability across all business units.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
 

The role is uniquely positioned to act as the Business Partner to the 3 topline business units Main Brand, Flanker Brands, and B2B for NFIs, MRC and the revenue walk:

  • Explain NFI and MRC actuals across all products by drivers and incorporate the gained insights into a meanigful planning of rolling forecasts, budgets and multi-year plans
  • Understand scalability, annualisation of driver effects and the magnitude of changes to ensure the FBP is able to judge the planning inputs received from the business units in terms of correctness and value to the company
  • Deduct risk and opportunities from deviation analysis and size meaningful mitigation measures to ensure company targets are met
  • Strong collaboration with Business Units on performance drivers, planning assumptions taken, and initiative introduced to formulate a base evolution story and provide an overview on total company results
  • Interpret results on individual drivers in the context of the company PL to derive meaningful actions on how to steer the financials
  • Main point of contact on KPI definitions and calculations to ensure a consistent reporting approach across business units.  Requires understanding of differences between internally and externally reported figures, and management and operational reports

Planning tools:
 

  • E2E ownership of building, developing further and maintaining the planning tools and the quality of data from Qliksense, SAP and IPT to ensure meaningful planning can be derived from all three systems

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • Min 3-year experience in Finance Business Partnering, Strategy, M&A or similar areas of activities
  • Experience regarding market and competition, understanding of sales processes / customer experience processes / product devel-opment processes and digitization trend. Telco experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of US GAAP /IFRS and SOX is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, SAP and IPT experience is a must.
  • Ability to take over end-to-end responsibility for allocated tasks with hands-on mentality as well as ability to meet strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial metrics into digestible information for Management
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively and comfortably with senior leadership
