The Position

L'équipe Finance Stratégique est au cœur de la performance de notre entreprise. Composée d'experts en analyse financière, en planification commerciale et en analyse des ventes, notre mission est d'orchestrer la planification d'entreprise, de suivre nos investissements et de fournir des analyses clés pour des décisions stratégiques éclairées. Vos responsabilités

• Collaborer avec les analystes des ventes, les leaders d'entreprise et les membres de l'équipe transversale pour fournir des informations et analyses financières stratégiques et soutenir la prise de décision ;
• Aider à développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies financières alignées avec les objectifs et buts de l'entreprise ;
• Diriger pour votre scope d’équipes transverses / Direction la planification financière, l'analyse et le reporting pour stimuler la performance de l'entreprise ;
• Favoriser la collaboration entre les fonctions et les régions pour garantir des solutions financières intégrées ;
• Assurer le monitoring des opérations quotidiennes, en gérant les opérations de clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, les reportings internes et externes nécessaires ;
• Respecter et intégrer les lois et règles de compliance, directives, code de conduite, politiques internes et procédures standards du Groupe Roche dans ses activités.

Votre profil

• Première expérience en planification et analyse financière ;
• Solide bagage académique en finance, démontrant un potentiel à travers des projets réussis et expérience en budgétisation, planification, reporting et analyse financière ;
• Posture de business partner qui s'épanouit dans des environnements dynamiques et rapides, capable de naviguer dans des défis complexes et d'apporter des perspectives diverses et une pensée innovante ; 
• Excellentes compétences en travail d'équipe en France et à l’international avec une volonté de collaborer et des aptitudes à communiquer, à convaincre et à conduire des projets ;
• Bonne organisation avec la capacité de prioriser efficacement ;
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et d’analyse de données : SAP, Excel, bases de données ;
• Très bon niveau d’anglais (niveau B2 CECRL).

Your responsibilities

• Partnering with sales analysts, business leaders and cross-functional teams’ members to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making on potential opex investments;
• Helping develop and implement financial strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives ;
• Leading opex planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business performance ;
• Fostering collaboration across functions and regions to ensure integrated financial solutions ; 
• Ensuring the monitoring of daily operations by managing monthly and annual opex closing processes as well as the necessary internal and external reporting ;
• Complying with and integrating laws, compliance regulations, guidelines, the code of conduct, internal policies, and Roche Group standard procedures into activities.

Your profile

• First finance experience with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis or and / or strong academic background in finance, demonstrating potential through successful projects and in financial planning, controlling and analysis ;
• A business partner mindset that thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments, capable of navigating complex challenges while bringing diverse perspectives and innovative thinking ;
• Excellent teamwork skills on both local and international level, with a strong willingness to collaborate and abilities to communicate, persuade, and lead projects ;
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively ;
• Proficiency in office tools and data analysis software: SAP, Excel, databases.
