Position Summary:
The Finance Business Analyst is a versatile, detail‑oriented professional who supports the Finance team across a wide range of operational and analytical activities. This role blends project management, transaction processing support, financial analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:
- Support finance-related projects, including system enhancements, process redesign, automation initiatives, or operational improvement efforts.
- Build project plans, track milestones, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Document processes and help design new workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare clear, timely project status updates and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support transactional activities, such as reconciliations, data validation, expense validations, purchase order creation or financial data entry.
- Perform quality reviews on financial processes or deliverables and implement improvements as needed.
- Support leadership with research, data gathering, and preparation of presentations.
- Respond to internal customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service to non-finance partners across the organization.
- Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and management summaries to support leadership visibility.
- Support the Finance team with operational and analytical tasks as needed to meet departmental goals.
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, attributes, and values:
- At least 1 year of project management, operational process management, and/or experience executing financial transformation initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver high‐quality work in a fast-paced environment where excellence is expected.
- Possess strong integrity, transparency, and honesty.
- Ability to handle confidential matters in a discrete way.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of clear, proactive stakeholder and expectation management.
- High ownership and drive to achieve excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
- Familiar with project management and other productivity tools a plus

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM or project management tool
Compensation:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $65,000 -$75,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.
