About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Finance Business Partner (Rosetta) to join the Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) Europe Finance team.

This entry‑level role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to start a career in finance and business partnering within a fast‑growing and strategic part of the business. The role provides hands‑on exposure to financial planning, performance analysis, and close collaboration with commercial and product teams, while benefiting from structured learning and on‑the‑job coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting

Support the preparation and maintenance of forecasts and budgets for CNPF Europe.
Assist in analysing key revenue, volume, and cost drivers, providing insights to support commercial decision‑making.
Help track performance against financial targets and strategic priorities.

Variance & Performance Analysis

Perform variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and help translate financial results into clear business insights.
Support the preparation of monthly performance materials for review with senior stakeholders.

Finance Business Partnering

Work closely with commercial, product, and strategy teams to understand business objectives and financial implications.
Support finance business partners in evaluating initiatives, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities.
Contribute to building strong relationships with stakeholders by providing timely, reliable, and business‑focused financial support.

Data Integrity & Financial Controls

Assist in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data through regular checks and reconciliations.
Support compliance with internal finance processes and reporting standards.

Process Improvement

Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analysis.
Support automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.


Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in working closely with non‑finance stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.


Preferred Qualifications

Internship, first work experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Exposure to financial systems or business intelligence tools is an advantage.

You have a strong interest in commercial finance and business partnering, not just financial reporting.
You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about products, clients, and how financial decisions drive business outcomes.
You are eligible for a Rosetta contract (under 24 years old).
