In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of Information Technology (IT) professionals in delivering enterprise-wide finance and project management system initiatives. You will spearhead the delivery of technology solutions that support Boeing’s IT transformation journey, improve operational efficiency, drive business performance and increase compliance across the organization.
You will oversee end-to-end project execution, align IT strategies with business goals, and foster collaboration across global teams to ensure seamless implementation of enterprise systems. Position Responsibilities:
Lead team of IT professionals to deliver projects with measurable value to Boeing business and IT organizations
Drive compliance throughout the F&PM IT organization through measurable improvements in SOX, Cyber Vulnerabilities, Patching, HSPII, ITAR, Security Controls, and other applicable areas
Lead internal and external Audit readiness, execution, and responses across F&PM IT department
Coordinate audit finding remediations to successful completion
Provide leadership and direction as a senior member of the F&PM IT leadership team and be accountable for achievement of your team’s critical success factors, performance measures, goals, and objectives
Manage key business stakeholders by building strong relationships, managing prioritization, and strong negotiations, ultimately building trust
Govern vendor relationships, establishing and maintaining partnerships that align with our strategic objectives and drive value for the organization
Build and maintain expertise in systems architecture and business processes supporting both Finance and Program Management businesses

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of experience with audit frameworks and compliance standards
10+ years of experience with any of the following: Project/Program Management, Procurement, Supplier Program Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, and/or Supplier Quality
10+ years of experience delivering Enterprise products and services in a high growth environment
5+ years of experience in cloud economics, FinOps, or IT compliance roles
3+ years of experience people management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
Experience with large scale project management or large/complex IT Audits
Experience governing and managing CSPs at scale

Summary pay range: $161,500 – $233,450
