Main responsibilities:

Finance Planning & Performance:

  • Support enhanced financial planning processes and performance analytics.
  • Contribute to budget management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist in developing financial insights to drive business decisions.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities with analytical rigor.

PMO Strategic Projects:

  • Coordinate and support strategic finance transformation initiatives.
  • Drive project management for cross-functional finance initiatives.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Facilitate communication and stakeholder management across projects.

About you

Experience:

  • At least 1-year full time work experience in finance, business analysis, or project coordination.
  • Previous experience in and exposure to financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, project management or PMO functions.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry would be an asset.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Analytical mindset (understanding of how finance drives business decisions), with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner who embraces new tools, processes, and challenges.
  • Clear, concise communication across all levels.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter who takes accountability for deliverables and works effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.
  • Financial analysis fundamentals - budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting.
  • Project management basics - planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or experience working with similar visualization tools is a plus.
  • ERP systems (SAP or other enterprise financial systems), together with project management tools experience (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar), and statistical analysis would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI-powered analytics solutions.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, or related business field.
  • Strong academic record demonstrating analytical and quantitative capabilities.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Additional European languages will be considered a plus for cultural diversity.
