We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving key product costing and analysis processes across a complex and fast-paced business environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in product costing, advanced analytical skills, and solid business acumen, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrating a proactive mindset.
This role involves supporting a critical business segment and providing cost insights that directly influence decision-making, requiring a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
Provide analytical support in the costing process, including Cost Per Unit (CPU) analysis with focus on cost evolution, variance, and category split.
Act as a liaison between the service center and business teams to interpret CPU variances, clarify costing methodologies, and ensure consistent understanding across stakeholders.
Deliver analytical insights and financial support for new business projects and initiatives.
Perform ad hoc costing and financial analyses, accounting for approximately 50% of overall responsibilities.
Provide ad hoc analytical support to Portfolio, Marketing, Pricing, and Commercial Finance teams to aid decision-making and performance tracking.
Perform monthly activities including standard reporting and deck preparations.
Qualifications
2+ years of progressive experience in product costing, corporate finance, or business analysis
Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
Experience with financial systems such as OneStream, Tableau a plus
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
