As a Finance Advisor – Project Control, you will be responsible for ensuring technical accounting compliance, internal financial controls, process simplification, and accurate project financial reporting. You will support project teams by driving consistency, ensuring adherence to company guidelines, and enabling strong financial decision‑making. Your work will help enable project success throughout the full contract lifecycle.
As a Finance Advisor – Project Control, you will be responsible for:
- Managing controllership and financial reporting of projects in compliance with internal control & ASC 606 rules.
- Ensuring project accounting aligns with company policies, defining milestones, and coordinating revenue recognition with accounting teams.
- Organizing and conducting project reviews from contract initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project teams.
- Analyzing project execution performance and proposing action plans to improve contract margins, cash flow, and risk mitigation.
- Providing advice and guidance to functional management on financial processes, approaches, and program improvements.
- Communicating with colleagues and business partners on approaches and solutions to complex financial and operational challenges.
- Leading the design and implementation of medium‑term financial or operational projects, typically spanning 1–2 years and impacting results over a 12–24‑month horizon.
- Support process optimization and standardization across business units
- Lead project productivity initiatives & development within broader organization.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Bring significant years of experience in Project Control.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Show strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Have proven experience in analyzing and resolving financial and operational problems.
- Bring established project‑management skills, with the ability to plan, document, market, and execute programs effectively.
