Job Description:
Experience in supporting Finacle CBS 10.x for Indian Banks.
Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic and flow.
Good knowledge in Connect24, UNISER, CSIS & Finacle Integrator (FI).
Should be able to understand and troubleshoot issues related to interface touchpoints.
Should be ready to work as part of 24x7 operations team.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently and lead the junior team members.
Customer management with respect to the daily operations.
Good to have knowledge in Java with exposure to Linux and Unix.
Decent knowledge in Oracle database for troubleshooting issues.
