ShopWorks, part of the Fullsteam organization, is looking for a FileMaker Developer to join our team! We provide business management software and workflow solutions for the decorated apparel, promotional products, and printing industries. Our systems help shops streamline operations, improve efficiency, and integrate with key vendor and financial platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll architect, lead, and maintain our core vertical market FileMaker solution that directly support our customers and internal operations.
As a FileMaker Developer, you will own the design and development of our FileMaker environment. You will work closely with leadership and internal departments to translate operational needs into robust, scalable solutions. This role requires not only deep technical expertise, but also strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
