Field Training Audiologist - Benelux

Home Office (Belgium) Full time

Would you like to combine your knowledge of audiology with opportunities in the hearing aid marketplace? We are seeking a professional and skilled Field Training Audiologist to join our team in the Benelux region. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Team and play a key part in developing GN's position in the hearing aid market.

In this position you will deliver high-quality training to GN Hearing customers in Belgium, supporting our organizational goal to provide the best training in the industry. With a clear focus on the measurable impact of training, we aim to build real commitment to our products. The training will be provided to the audiologists of our key accounts and other brands that sell our hearing aids and are contracted by the sales team. The primary objective is to ensure hearing care professionals are motivated, well-trained, and prepared to recommend, fit, and adapt GN Hearing solutions for their patients. Through practical training, ongoing coaching, and relationship-building, the Field Training Audiologist converts technical know-how into meaningful results that improve customer satisfaction and retention.

You’ll collaborate with audiologists across the Benelux region to deliver engaging, high-quality training that enables them to confidently help clients hear life to the fullest

In this role you will report to the country lead. Our team culture is collaborative and innovative, where we aspire to empower each other and our customers through knowledge and support.


Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across the region.

  • Develop tailored training materials that bring our products to life.

  • Act as a trusted partner between the sales team and hearing care professionals.

  • Support product launches, onboarding, and key account activities.

  • Use a variety of learning methods—both in-person and digital—to meet diverse needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with strategic goals


To perform well in the role you:

  • Have a bachelor degree in audiology

  • Are fluent in Dutch and French

  • Have experience in hearing aid dispensing

  • Are motivated and have extensive stakeholder management skills

  • Have skills in training delivery, with a grasp of adult learnings principles

  • Are an effective communicator who can engage, educate and inspire

  • Are self-managing – comfortable with organizing your schedule and flexible enough in case ad hoc events are required to attend.

Travel Requirements:

This role involves travelling 80% of the time, mainly domestic but at time also in Netherlands & Luxemburg.
