We’re looking for a Field Technology Specialist Lead who is passionate about keeping field technology reliable, secure, and ready at scale. This role is at the heart of how providers stay equipped and operational at Sprinter — from device deployment and onboarding, to field support, to secure offboarding and equipment recovery. You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with an operational mindset to ensure our field systems enable seamless, dependable care delivery at scale.
Hybrid role working from our Atlanta Distribution Center a minimum of 3 days per week.

As a Field Technology Specialist Lead, your mission is to ensure Sprinter’s field technology ecosystem is reliable, secure, and scalable so providers can deliver care in patients’ homes without disruption. You’ll lead the day-to-day execution of field technology operations while remaining hands-on — supporting deployment, troubleshooting, and device readiness — and serving as a point of escalation and process owner under the guidance of the IT Manager.
From day one, you’ll directly impact clinician readiness, equipment uptime, and operational consistency by strengthening systems, improving workflows, and establishing best practices across field technology operations.
