Iron Mountain is a major ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and to large commercial clients across Australia.

We have ongoing contracts that require experienced IT Field Technicians to perform a range of tasks.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will:

• Install new computer equipment and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 – Desirable.
• Knowledge of some in a range of tasks including:
  • PC rollouts
  • Installations,
  • SOE Imaging
  • Data transfer
  • Fault diagnosis
  • Post-installation support

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
