The Field Team Leader will conduct all activities with people development and retention in mind, continuously coaching and up-skilling field staff to build a strong delivery team.
The project delivery model comprises of both subcontractor and internal workers.
Provide leadership by safely leading people, projects, and processes. This includes primary responsibility for planning, execution and closing activities necessary to successfully Build, Maintain and Decommission Telecommunication Networks, including but not limited to Optus, Uecomm, NBN, Telstra, TPG, Telco Authorities and Power Utility.
Willing and able to be part of a rostered-On Call Availability, including working outside normal working hours on a regular basis.
