Job Description: Finance Digital Transformation Lead (The "Enabler")
Role Overview: As the Lead for the Digital Transformation Pod, you are the architect of the future. You will not be "doing" the monthly close; you will be automating it. Your mission is to build the AI-driven systems that generate our "Zero-Draft" forecasts and empower our Controllers with real-time strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Architect the "Zero-Draft": Design and maintain the AI agents that produce baseline revenue, Opex, and OCOGS forecasts for all 8 business units.
- Unified Data Schema Management: Partner with the VP of Finance to enforce a single, global data standard across the Field Systems portfolio.
- Self-Service Tool Building: Develop and tune the "What-If" simulation dashboards used by Embedded Controllers during Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
- Process Engineering: Identify manual "friction points" in the FP&A Hub (e.g., headcount syncing or freight tracking) and build automated solutions to eliminate them.
- AI Tuning & Governance: Continuously refine the logic and prompts used by our financial agents to improve forecast accuracy month-over-month.
Required Experience: -
- 5-8 years of experience in a hybrid role (FinTech, Business Intelligence, or Advanced FP&A).
- Proven track record of moving an organization from manual Excel-based reporting to automated, data-lake-driven analytics.
- Deep experience with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R).
- The "Finance Filter": You must be able to explain a complex data architecture to a Division GM and a complex revenue recognition rule to a software engineer.
Preferred Qualifications: -
- Experience in a manufacturing or SaaS environment (understanding both hardware and recurring revenue models).
- Exposure to AI/ML implementation within a corporate finance setting.
