Essential Responsibilities:
Ensures that field crews/technicians are adhering to, and actively participating in, daily FLHA development while utilizing existing LTS JHA’s and SWP’s to safely plan daily activities
Ensures projects are built according to approved plans, while utilizing valid locates and approved ROP’s while documenting progress and actively measuring against project schedule and Quality Assurance metrics
Actively liaises with all Project Stakeholders, including Governmental/Municipal Representatives, Landowners, Clients and 3rd party Infrastructure Owners
Actively monitors and directs subcontractors on LTS sites for adherence to LTS safety policies, incident reporting requirements, project schedule health, production reporting requirements, and quality assurance
Qualifications:
3 to 6 years of construction experience as a foreman, lead hand, or in a similar direct supervisory role
Understanding of current U/G construction practices, construction documents, costs and budgets
Ability to plan and manage a project schedule, developing potential solutions for moderate situations within defined guidelines
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborating with multiple project stakeholders while building and managing a diverse team
Availability:
Travel to the surrounding communities
This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions
