As a Field Quality Engineer, you will be coordinating and overseeing work at field site, providing quality service to the customer.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Working sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities.
Providing the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
Coordinating and directs the activities of service operators.
Coordinating the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
Evaluating individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.
Collaborating with others crew members to the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment in the Field at Customer Sites.
Being responsible for the execution of specific tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the agreed scope of work.
Interacting with Customer Representative and Site Team on routine matters at the Field Job Site such as coordination meetings.
Providing all required records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations.
Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures.
Performing other related duties as required. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).

To be successful in this role you will:
Have two-year technical degree preferred. Industry experience and TPS product line training required.
Have good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills & mainly specialized on Quality.
Have ability to work under minimal supervision receives and follows established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on Customer equipment’s in the Field.
