As a Leak Testing Field Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that the operation of equipment is carried out as per the Company’s HSE and Operating Procedures. You will supervise work scopes onshore and offshore.

You will be responsible for:

• Participating in pre-job briefing and ensure familiarization with the work scope.
• Ensuring that all subordinates are fully briefed on the work scope, their duties, the risks and HSE procedures.
• Assisting with preparation of equipment in Baker Hughes Welshpool facility as required.
• Ensuring timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the Operations Manager.
• Ensuring that the daily maintenance of equipment is carried out and ensure the equipment is ready for a job at all times.
• Maintaining effective communication with the client representative and the Operations Manager.
• Preparing all required field paperwork, including daily reports and timesheets.
• Contributing to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the department.
   

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• 10 + years of experience in Nitrogen and Leak Testing work both on and offshore.
• Demonstrate an excellent attitude towards safety. Must participate in all company safety programs and adhere to all policies.
• Be passionate to learn and develop skills in other Process and Pipeline Services service lines.
• Be ready to work outside of Australia whenever required.
• Be able to work with little to no supervision and be a natural leader.
