The role

  • You will lead an expert team to success by setting the vision, building the plan and using your unique leadership skills to foster a strong and safe team culture that delivers truly innovative solutions.
  • The company has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Representative Manager to lead our JP2072 FSR team based out of Cannon Hill, Queensland.
  • Along with management of the FSR team, this exciting and challenging role involves both coordinating and delivering training and field support to units within the ADF around the country.

Key responsibilities

  • Manager and senior instructor on the FSR team, responsible for the quality of training and field support and skill maintenance of the FSR team.
  • Coordinate with ADF units for the delivery of training and field support.
  • Ensure compliance with Defence and Raytheon Australia policies and procedures in relation to Global Trade, EHS&W and Finance.
  • Coordinate with the customer to arrange travel as required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • A recognised qualification in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Army land communications.
  • Experience in managing, at a minimum, small teams.
  • Desirable experience in a Defence training environment.
  • Applicants must be willing to undertake interstate travel in support of our customer’s needs, sometimes for extended periods of up to two to three weeks at a time.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
