Field Services Manager

What success looks like in this role:

As a Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for the operational success of a strategic portfolio of Unisys accounts. You will blend "state-of-the-art" operations management with people leadership, driving team performance while ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Empowerment: Lead and inspire an operations team by setting clear KPIs, fostering professional growth, and maintaining high levels of motivation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of account operations, ensuring all services are executed in strict alignment with client contracts.
  • Financial Integrity: Coordinate order execution and ensure a flawless handover to invoicing systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of service execution and billing as per agreed terms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Finance, Account Administration, and Order Management teams to resolve complex operational or client-related issues.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients via phone and email to ensure high satisfaction levels and identify potential new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Data Strategy & Hygiene: Ensure the integrity of client records and sales tools, maintaining high standards of data accuracy across CRM systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to eliminate manual tasks and enhance overall efficiency.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational support, inside sales, or account management (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with clients.
  • Leadership experience and motivational skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working with several clients simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, open-minded, and agile team player who takes initiative to improve processes.
