Overview:
Core responsibilities:
- Field technical working on the customer site.
- Field technical working includes test, inspection, repair, installation, commissioning.
- Inhouse technical working for test, inspection, report, repair, trouble shooting.
- Inhouse data working for design, quotation, service report, data & service log management, customer satisfaction, VES (Business Guide).
- Commute to Hach Korea seoul office and Hach Korea Gimpo service center must be possible when inhouse work is needed.
- Communication with customers, dealers, channel partners, Hach's internal associates.
- General support to customer, manager, technicians, engineers, Hach Korea associates who is related with.
- General support by call, email, visit or something else
- Management of service log file for general service works
- Monitoring and updating service log by real time and sharing with internal Hach Korea associates
- Weekly business report submission
- Must use efforts for learning products, applications, internal workflow
- Shipment procedure of service finished issues

- 필드에서의 기술적인 업무는 현장에서의 테스트, 검수, 수리, 설치, 시운전을 포함
- 인하우스에서의 제품테스트, 검수, 서비스리포트, 수리, 문제해결을 수행할 수 있어야 함
- 인하우스에서의 내근 업무로는 설계, 견적, 서비스리포트, 자료관리, 서비스로그관리, 고객만족을 위한 지침, VES 에 따른 업무가 수행되어야 함
- 고객, 대리점, 협력업체 그리고 하크의 내부적인 직원들과의 원활한 소통이 되어야 함
- 고객, 대리점, 협력업체, 상위관리자 및 하크코리아의 내부직원들에 대한 일반적인 업무지원이 되어야 함
- 인하우스의 업무를 위하여 하크코리아의 서울사무실과 김포의 서비스센터로의 통근이 가능하여야 함
- 일반적인 업무지원은 전화, 이메일, 방문이나 기타 다른 수단을 이용하여 수행될 수 있어야 함
- 전체적인 서비스 업무가 기록되는 서비스로그파일의 실시간적인 관리를 할 수 있어야 함
- 항시 서비스로그의 내용은 최신으로 업데이트되고 이러한 내용을 하크코리아 내부직원들에게 투명하고 효율적으로 공유를 할 수 있어야 함
- 주간업무보고서 제출
- 제품과 공정, 사내업무절차등에 대하여 숙달이 될 수 있도록 노력할 수 있어야 함
- 서비스가 완료된 제품을 고객사까지 도착하는 절차를 진행할 수 있어야 함
