As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our business, acting as the key point of contact for customers in relation to equipment maintenance and support.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and is committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete clear and accurate service reports are essential.
You will be responsible for safely servicing and repairing FLS equipment to OEM standards, ensuring high levels of reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance
Attending breakdowns and performing fault diagnosis and repairs
Supporting commissioning activities and customer site requirements
Completing detailed service reports, including photographic evidence and recommendations
Maintaining strong relationships with customers through clear and professional communication
Working both in the workshop and on customer sites as required
Trade qualification (essential)
Previous experience in a field service role
Strong computer literacy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach to safety and compliance
