Partner with the best

As Field Service Personnel Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Assess and deepening FSE requests vs site activities status.
  • Applying and developing FSE assignment procedures and use of planning tools which are necessary for identifying the most adequate FSE to fulfill the each FSE requests.
  • Keeping regular meetings with regional third parties/contractor company representatives’, interfacing with them in the spirit of compliance.
  • Maintaining continuous relations with Resource Managers who manage FSE.
  • Actively collaborating with P&Ls representatives to forecast, plan, review their FSE needs.
  • Evaluating all factors which drive the assignment of a single or a team of FSE considering their technical and soft skills, project priority, mobilization feasibility, economic impact, internal policy, FSE’s availability and utilization, FSE growing opportunities, resource’s skill optimization, FSE team member compatibility.
  • Maintaining timing and clear communication with internal clients (P&L) and suppliers
  • Travelling to site or to regional organization offices when required

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Engineering degree or Technical diploma.
  • Relevant experience in technical role(s) within Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
  • Knowledge of Baker Hughes’ equipment, products, site operations, commissioning and startup.
  • Focus on Quality, HSE and Integrity
  • Capability in working under pressure, clear thinking, decisiveness. Team player and leadership skills
  • Fluent English knowledge, spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with common PC software tools.
