As an Aftersales Engineer, you will be the technical and commercial point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role does not involve on-site repairs but focuses on expert advice and technical support, giving you a comprehensive view of our business.

How you’ll make an impact

• Manage technical and commercial aftersales inquiries.

• Analyze issues and propose effective solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

• Prepare technical reports and documentation for customers.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

• Support the preparation of aftersales offers.

• Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Your background

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or similar Engineering.

• Initial experience in industrial or technical environments.

• Basic knowledge of power transformers and electrical systems.

• Strong communication skills and customer focus.

• Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.

• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
