As an Field Service Engineer at MKS VSD China, you will partner with Field Service team to provide on site service including tool installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. In this role, you will report to the site manager.

Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
 Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.  Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.  Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. 
Responsible for operational quality of system equipment.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 60 % of Travel is required.

Required experience or technical skills that are specific to this requisition.
• Level of formal education (if needed), license/certification, etc.
• Years of job-related work experience
• Semiconductor working experience

• Prefer RGA working experience

Preferred Skills:
• Preferred RGA working experience
