As a BD Bioscience Engineer, you are in charge of maintenance, repair & installation of our Flow Cytometers at client site.
Your responsibilities:
Provide field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues
Carry out preventative maintenance, installation, relocation, repairs and corrective field change orders on Flow Cytometry instrumentation.
Diagnose electrical, fluidic, mechanical, hardware, software and laser failures using established procedures and techniques.
Determine the most efficient repair/solution to ensure minimum downtime.
Perform instrument certifications (IQ/OQ).
Actively manage your car stock, ensuring all vital spare parts and tools are available.
Effective management of technical escalations.
Cover the Netherlands with occasional travel throughout the Benelux area.
