Join us as a Field Service Coordinator and become part of the team that keeps service operations running smoothly across the United States.
You’ll play an important role in helping our service operations run efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:
Reviewing service requests and understanding what needs to be done
Assigning tasks to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules, and urgency
Prioritizing customer needs and balancing workloads
Coordinating locations, schedules, and technician availability
Checking part availability and sourcing parts from different locations
Tracking estimated arrival times and ensuring updates are accurate
Communicating with teams across the U.S. via phone, email, and chat
Documenting updates and actions in our system
Supporting escalation management and older service requests
Sharing ideas and feedback to improve our processes
Participating in training and development sessions
