We are expanding our sales team and we are looking for Key Account Manager to help us in our sales operations in Northern Poland region. Ideal candidate will be based in Gdansk region.
Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
Regularly visit clients and maintain close contact to understand their needs and challenges.
Proactively propose solutions tailored to customer requirements and business strategies.
Develop and execute action plans for key accounts, tracking sales progress and results.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize customer value and drive sales growth.
Prioritize customers and opportunities with the highest potential.
Analyze customer activities and results to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
Manage profitability by monitoring margins and minimizing losses.
Participate in negotiations of contracts and projects for medium and key accounts.
Requirements:
Experience in key account management or B2B sales.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work closely with customers.
Proactive approach, creativity in proposing solutions, and ability to advise clients.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to plan actions and track results.
Independence in decision-making while collaborating effectively with the team and partners.
