As our Field Product Manager, you will oversee product management, contribute to driving sales, and lead innovative marketing strategies for our specified products in the area of Diabetes Care. Your role will be crucial in boosting market presence and ensuring the success of our product lineup. You will report to the Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) Chapter Lead.
The Opportunity
Product Management: You'll manage the launch of new products and oversee the Product Management part of the Phase In/Out process, ensuring smooth transitions.
Marketing Excellence: You'll create impactful marketing materials and execute plans and campaigns for specified products. This includes crafting presentations, targeted mailings, and product descriptions for tenders, while staying on top of market trends.
You'll drive local marketing strategy and execution, aligning global goals. You'll define high-impact, multi-channel strategies and tactics that drive the adoption of our solutions while ensuring consistency in messaging and branding for all customers.
Drive Sales in Finland: You'll participate in sales actions and proactively engage in meetings to boost our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Collaborative Efforts: You'll proactively collaborate with other Roche functions to drive success across the board.
Who You Are
You hold a Master’s degree in a biomedical field and preferably have sales and marketing experience (2–5 years). All experience from the public tendering process is appreciated.
You preferably have a strong hands-on experience (> 3 years) in the area of Diabetes Care and you possess product management and marketing knowledge, allowing you to effectively manage and promote our products.
You are knowledgeable about the Finnish market and competitors, enabling you to strategically position our products and stay ahead in the industry.
You possess strong project management skills and analytical thinking, allowing you to stay calm under pressure and remain accountable in a regulated environment.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Finnish, ensuring clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
You have a customer-oriented mindset and are fully prepared to travel throughout Finland when required.
