This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA

About the Role

Job Duties:

  • Medium complexity cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Define project goals, establish timelines, and deliver results within scope, and deadlines.
  • Partner with Core PE to identify and track the operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Last Mile, Supply Chain, and PE teams to implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and address more complex root causes in current processes, create corrective action plans to achieve operational goals and ensure alignment with operational standards.
  • Help implement solutions and provide training to address operational challenges.
  • For system updates and process improvements, help update and maintain training materials and SOPs, conduct 'train the trainer' sessions to ensure the successful delivery of new hire training, beginner support, routine training, and cross-functional development.
  • Proactively mitigate safety risks within the production process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency and improve quality
  • Knowledge of the automation fulfillment system and collaborate with the development team to optimize the fulfilment process.
  • Knowledge of the last mile fulfillment system. Experience of improving the last mile order fulfillment rate and customer satisfaction rate.

Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:

  • Inventory Management
  • Project Management
  • Safety & Risk Management
  • Process Design & SOP Development
  • End-to-End Supply Chain & Logistics Operations
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement
  • Training, Leadership & Performance Management

Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 year of experience in the position Operations Engineer, Process Engineer or related position

Work Time: M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs./week.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,682
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
