The Field & Partner Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the planning and flawless execution of field and partner marketing programs across Mexico and select NAMER (North America) events. This role focuses on operational excellence to drive event and campaign success to drive strong pipeline performance in partnership with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, and the extended Marketing team. 

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment. They bring strong organizational skills, project management, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies. This role requires a proactive approach.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Mexico Local Event Execution

  • Owning end-to-end execution of all field marketing events in Mexico, including on-site support, by building a strong pre, during and post event framework to drive success
  • Working closely with the Mexico sales leader and AEs to ensure successful pre-event audience outreach and post-event lead follow-up
  • Ensuring flawless execution of the Mexico marketing plan, coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams under the strategic direction of the North Latam Field Marketing Manager
  • Leading all pre- and post-event calls to remain up to date on progress and tracks event deliverables inclusive of landing page creation in Bizzabo, invitations, registration updates, securing & coordinating speaker logistics (bios, headshots, session abstracts, AV needs), shipping logistics, signage, catering coordination
  • When applicable, building lead scoring framework to distinguish and align stakeholders between hot, warm and cold leads
  • Tracking campaign results and delivers post-event recaps to drive pipeline generation and pipeline conversion

Latam-wide Webinar Ownership: 

  • Fully owning and managing the execution of webinars across Latam: scheduling, speaker coordination, platform setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up and performance tracking

Event Support for Select NAMER Events:  

  • Attending all pre- and post-event calls to remain up to date on progress
  • Managing ancillary event research (e.g. customer dinners
  • Leading the coordination and ordering of SWAG for events

Campaign and Content Coordination (Mexico, Select NAMER Events): 

  • Submitting Wrike requests for creative assets (email banners, signage, social media graphics, etc.) 
  • Coordinating with the marketing operations team to reserve email calendar slots for event promotions
  • Creating SalesLoft cadences (or other sales templates) to help sales and SDRs promote event registration and support lead follow-up
  • Working with the corporate team to update the company website with major event listings
  • Assisting in publishing organic social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn) to drive event awareness; in partnership with social team

List Management & Reporting Support (Mexico, Select NAMER Events): 

  • Pre-event & Post-event, Working with BizOps for account mapping based on segmentation strategy.  
  • Coordinating with MarOps for SFDC campaign code creation
  • Consolidating leads and submit into MarOps template for SFDC loading, ensuring appropriate lead notes 

Team Collaboration: 

  • Working closely with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, MarOps, and other Marketing Teams, to support campaign readiness and lead follow-up
  • Collaborating with the Partner Marketing team to incorporate key partners into field activations
  • Maintaining detailed marketing calendars and help coordinate internal team trackers and deliverables

 You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in event management or marketing
  • Experience working with sales teams for event success, inclusive of audience outreach and lead follow-up
  • Fluency in Spanish as a primary language and proficiency in English as a secondary language  
  • Experience working with event management agencies and vendors
  • Familiarity with B2B event coordination (logistics, registration, vendor coordination, pre/post-event tasks)
  • Comfort with budget tracking, PO/invoice processing, and basic finance admin is a plus
  • Ability to learn and use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizzabo, Zoom Webinars, SalesLoft, Wrike, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; prior experience is a plus
