At Philz, every new store sets the tone for the customer experience, the team experience, and the strength of our operations. We’re looking for a Field Operations Specialist based in the San Francisco Bay Area to deliver New Store Opening training that sets stores up for success from day one, while also helping existing stores strengthen performance and consistency over time.
This role connects training with in-store execution, partnering across Operations to support stores from pre-open through long-term performance. It’s well suited for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to build capability in teams, and can turn standards into consistent execution across a growing store footprint.
This role involves monthly travel in our operating markets.

**Compensation & Benefits A reasonable estimate of the starting annual base salary for this role is $71,000. Please note that the base salary will vary based on qualifications, previous experience, and work location.
