Job Family Definition:

Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level. Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market. Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and/or TCE goals for that segment/entity.

Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.

What you’ll do:

· Aggregates and manages all field delivery KPIs, performing root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans for underperforming segments to ensure operational excellence.

· Owns field process documentation, including maintaining documentation standards, overseeing the documentation process, and implementing corrective actions for broken or underperforming processes.

· Leads project management of process improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and consistency across field delivery operations.

· Collaborates with field delivery stakeholders and the operations change manager to collect feedback from the field and ensure changes are communicated, adopted, and implemented effectively.

· Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that deliver high impact on the field business.

· Applies advanced analytical and leadership capabilities to identify trends, validate solutions, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

· Partners across regions and functions to align operational practices, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement in field delivery performance.

· Provides mentorship and guidance to peers and team members, promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

What you need to bring:

· High-level knowledge of the IT and services industry, with deep understanding of field delivery operations.

· In-depth knowledge of the company’s organization, policies, service offerings, end-to-end processes, tools, and routes to market.

· Unique mastery and recognized authority in area of responsibility, with solid technical expertise and state-of-the-art functional or business knowledge.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques.

· Expertise in Power BI for building interactive dashboards, visualizations, and actionable insights.

· Strong data modeling skills to structure, analyze, and interpret large datasets for operational and strategic decision-making.

· Highly developed problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations, and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment and making data-driven decisions.

· Ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output for business impact.

· Highly developed project/program management and change management skills.  Solid understanding of business planning methods and strong business acumen.

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

· Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills to drive alignment and adoption across stakeholders.
