Field Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

The Field Marketing Specialist, APAC is responsible for executing and managing the company’s marketing programs in our Asia Pacific region, focusing on the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) marketReporting to the APAC Director of Field Marketing, the individual will work closely with Field Marketing Managers, regional sales teams and colleagues across Product Marketing, Content and Digital Marketing to execute coordinated, optimized, integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and bookings aligned with GTM priorities of the APAC commercial organization. 
 
They will generate pipeline through integrated campaigns, leveraging Account Based Marketing strategies and motions, supporting our commercial objectives in the APAC region. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute field events and multi-channel online and offline programs to build and accelerate pipeline across new logos and expansion of existing accounts. 
     
  • Optimizeand nurture lead-to-revenue performance by leveraging ABM processes, working closely with our SDR, BDR and sales teams.  
     
  • Track the follow-up of leads and pipeline from campaigns/activities to drive towards commercial goals. 
     
  • Analyze campaign and activity data to track/measure results and surface actionable analytics for optimization. Support the measurement and reporting on marketing ROI, commercial targets and KPIs.   
     
  • Work in partnership with our Digital team to roll out digital media plans and paid digital programs that support integrated campaigns.

 

Required Experience/Skills

  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience, of which 1-2 years are in SaaS. 
  • Experience in executing and supporting high-impact campaigns/activities focused on measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. 
  • Experience executing in-person events in Australia and New Zealand markets. 
  • Experienceutilizing modernplatforms in martech and analytics includingTableau and Salesforce.com. 
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional teams in-region and globally. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience and confidence in interactions with Marketing and Sales stakeholders.  
  • Motivated self-starter, with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects and follow-through on deadlines with little oversight. Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done.  
  • Proficient in data analysis and data processing to provide analytics needed to execute activities or review results. 
  • Exceptional project management skills. 
  • Strong understanding of AI and how AI tools can be used to improve buyer/customer experience and work effectiveness. 
  • Prior experience marketing to Asia (including Japan) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in ABM and webinar execution is a plus.
