Togetherwork is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute targeted field marketing initiatives across our portfolio of software solutions. This role serves as a critical bridge between marketing and sales, driving pipeline generation through strategic event planning, onsite activation, and data-driven campaign execution within key vertical markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field event brand strategy, including booth design, swag, and onsite engagement to create impactful event experiences.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to plan and execute field marketing programs aligned to key industry segments and revenue goals.
  • Customize event programming and campaigns for vertical-specific audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in driving pipeline and customer engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to scale field marketing efforts, improve efficiency, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Plan, manage, and execute in-person field events, including logistics, staffing, onsite experience, and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Sales teams to ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads generated from events, including providing enablement materials and tracking conversion metrics.
  • Own and manage the field marketing budget across verticals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and clear measurement of ROI.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within a B2B software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience planning and executing successful in-person events and field marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Experience leveraging marketing technology, automation platforms, and AI tools to scale programs and improve outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the brand effectively at events.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a vertical SaaS or multi-product environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Background in managing multi-event programs across diverse geographic regions or industries.
