Field Marketing Manager

Role Purpose
The Field Marketing Manager – LATAM is responsible for owning and executing Jumio’s regional field marketing strategy across Latin America. This role partners closely with Sales, BDR, Partners, and global Marketing teams to build brand awareness, generate pipeline, and support Jumio’s go-to-market objectives across multiple LATAM markets. Reporting to the Global Director of Field Marketing, this is a standalone, hands-on role focused on regional execution, localization, and scalable market development.

By building and executing localized, sales-aligned marketing programs, the Field Marketing Manager helps establish Jumio as a trusted leader in identity verification and digital trust within emerging and growth markets. The role directly contributes to revenue growth by enabling regional sales teams, strengthening partner ecosystems, and scaling repeatable GTM programs tailored to LATAM’s diverse markets.

Example Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the LATAM regional marketing strategy in close coordination with global marketing teams.

  • Build and scale field marketing programs across LATAM markets, including campaigns, events, partner initiatives, and sales enablement.

  • Launch and localize GTM marketing strategies across priority LATAM countries, adapting global programs for regional relevance.

  • Design and execute ABM-led ICP engagement campaigns in partnership with Account Executives and BDR teams.

  • Plan and deliver partner marketing initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, events, MDF programs, and partner advocacy.

  • Plan, manage, and execute regional customer and prospect events (in-person and virtual) to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

  • Generate marketing-sourced pipeline through field programs, partner-led initiatives, and scalable regional campaigns.

  • Own localization efforts for LATAM, including regional messaging, content adaptation, translations, and customer stories.

  • Develop and manage the LATAM marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend aligned with regional priorities.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics and pipeline data to improve ROI.

  • Build and manage relationships with LATAM industry associations, influencers, and ecosystem partners.

  • Report on regional marketing performance using Salesforce and marketing analytics tools to inform stakeholders and GTM decisions.

  • Attend industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements, with travel across LATAM as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience delivering pipeline growth through regional or field marketing in B2B technology environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience supporting GTM expansion in LATAM markets, including localization and regional execution.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives end to end.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently as a self-starter in a standalone regional role.

  • Data-driven marketer with experience in ABM, pipeline reporting, and campaign optimization.

  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales, Partners, and GTM teams to influence revenue outcomes.

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.

  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and market maturity levels.

Great to Have

  • Experience in KYC, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, biometrics, fintech, or adjacent regulated technology markets.

  • Established LATAM network across industry associations, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Experience launching or scaling marketing programs in emerging or growth markets.

  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
