ABOUT THE ROLE:
The EMEA field marketing team is growing. We are searching for an experienced Field Marketing Manager based in London to lead our UK/I & Nordics activities and collaborate with our regional GTM teams. You'll lead a dedicated territory in curating field marketing initiatives, focusing on driving net-new logo acquisition across enterprise and high-value mid-market segments. Acting as the essential bridge between the GTM team in your regions, and marketing, you'll be the go-to regional expert guiding our market presence and growth strategies and adapting owned event concepts for your region e.g. INCENTIVIZE. As a versatile 360° marketer, you'll deeply understand key verticals and segments, identify the messaging and content themes needed for your regions and orchestrate impactful campaigns and activations that move prospects down the funnel.
You will collaborate daily with Talon.One’s Berlin based marketing team, and report into the Head of Regional Marketing. In addition to that, you’ll collaborate closely and regularly with Talon.One’s GTM team incl. sales and partnerships team.
