About the Role
We are seeking a Field Marketing Associate to join our Latin America team, based in Mexico. This role is pivotal in supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and events to increase awareness and engagement with Elsevier products and solutions across the region. The Associate will focus on digital execution, lead management, and event logistics, working closely with regional Field Marketing Managers to deliver high-quality, localized programs.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid and organic social media, digital ads, and regional events.
• Support the end-to-end campaign process—setup, tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring—to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
• Manage lead workflows: clean, validate, and prepare MAL (Marketing Accepted Lead) data; collaborate with the MEO team to ensure accurate uploads and reporting.
• Adapt and localize marketing assets for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking audiences, ensuring linguistic and cultural relevance.
• Provide logistics and operational support for in-person and virtual events, including vendor coordination, promotional materials, shipments, and registration management.
• Maintain and update campaign documentation such as promotion codes, content calendars, and dashboards.
Track and compile campaign results, producing summary reports to support evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Field Marketing Managers, internal partners (Audience and Digital Marketing), and external vendors to deliver seamless regional execution.
• Maintain digital asset libraries, marketing databases, and process documentation to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to adapt content and campaigns for diverse cultural and linguistic audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and with external vendors.
• Willingness to take ownership of operational processes and continuously improve workflows.
